What’s yoke?

yoke was born out of a love for high-quality, low-impact garments.

yoke’s classic design staples are never dictated by trends, ensuring each piece can be bought once and worn forever.

yoke breathes new life into surplus, all-natural designer fabrics, benefiting the environment and your skin too.

Where’s yoke made?

All our woven garments are made at Olenka Atelier in London, who we are proud to partner with. Producing locally enables us to run small batches, eliminating overproduction and ensuring a high level of quality control.

Our knitwear is made in Perugia, Italy by the Rocchi family run Artisan company. All our yarns are sourced through Sesia, an industry leader in sustainability. They are a zero-impact company promoting a philosophy of high-quality and sustainable products. All yarns are certified and traceable back to the source.

Sustainability

At yoke we strive to have as low an impact on the planet as possible, consistently challenging every step of the process to improve. Here is what we have achieved so far…

  • We only use natural fibres, so all our garments will biodegrade in a landfill environment.

  • By using deadstock fabrics we reduce industry waste.

  • We use natural trims, this includes corozo buttons made from shell & our elastic is made from a rubber cotton mix, both of which are biodegradable in a landfill environment.

  • All our packaging is biodegradable and recyclable.

  • All our garments use organic cotton labels.
