Shipping to UK

We will aim to despatch your order within 2 working days, delivery time frame for the UK is 2 working days for standard service and 1 working day for express. All our parcels are shipped using Royal Mail, the UK’s lowest emissions delivery service.

Shipping to EU

We will aim to despatch your order within 2 working days, delivery time frame for EU is 3-5 working days. There may be import duties to pay which is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, if not it’s easy to return to us if you’ve changed your mind.

All items returned must be in resalable condition and sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware that your original shipping fee will not be refunded unless you have received a faulty product, received the wrong item or there are extenuating circumstances.

If you wish to return your item just reach out via email hello@yoke-studios.com with your order info.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason, we recommend using a mail service with tracking.

Please allow up to 1 weeks for your online order return to be processed once we have received it. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing or 1 working day for PayPal orders.
